FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does an order take?

Everything is printed to order. Most orders are printed, checked and dispatched within 1-3 business days. Book-style games can take 2-4 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the shipping service and your location.

Where do you ship?

We ship from the UK, mainly within the UK. We also ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Israel. We do not currently ship to the European Union, Norway or Switzerland. See our shipping policy for details.

Will I have to pay customs or import charges?

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are paid by you.

What are your items made from?

Most items are printed in PLA, a strong plant-based plastic. Miniatures and busts are printed in ABS-like resin, which captures fine detail.

Are the miniatures painted or assembled?

No. Miniatures and busts come unpainted. Some pieces may need gluing, and we recommend priming before painting.

What do the scale sizes mean (32mm, 75mm)?

The scale is the approximate height of the figure. 32mm is the usual size for tabletop play. Larger sizes such as 75mm are great for display and painting.

Are your products suitable for children?

Our games and miniatures are intended for ages 14 and over. They contain small parts and some contain magnets, so they are not toys.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You can return standard items within 30 days of delivery. Custom items made to your specification cannot be returned for change of mind. Full details are in our refund policy.
