1. About us

This website, glcreations.store, is operated by GLC3DPrints ("we", "us", "our"), a business based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at gabor.lorant1987@gmail.com. Our online store is powered by Shopify. By browsing or buying from our store you agree to these terms, our Refund & Returns Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Our products

All products are 3D printed to order. Most are printed in PLA. Miniatures and busts are printed in ABS-like resin and are supplied unpainted and unassembled.
We try to show our products accurately, but colours may differ from your screen, and 3D printing can cause small variations such as fine layer lines or support marks.
Dimensions given are approximate.
Some products contain small parts or magnets and are not toys. Games and miniatures are intended for ages 14 and over. Products must be used with sensible care and supervision.
Our products are fan-made or original designs sold for personal use. Where an item is designed by a third-party creator, it is printed and sold under the licence or permission that applies to it.

3. Orders and contract

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email and accept your payment. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description contains an obvious error, or we cannot deliver to your address. If we cancel after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless the store shows otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout. Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier fees set by the destination country, which you must pay. Payment is taken securely by our payment providers, and we do not see or store your full card details.

5. Custom orders

For custom 3D printing we agree the design, price and timescale with you before production. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any files or designs you send us, and that they do not infringe anyone else's rights. We may refuse any request that we believe is unlawful, infringing or unsafe. Custom items are made to your specification and are covered by the custom orders section of our Refund & Returns Policy.

6. Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains processing times, where we ship and how delivery works. Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return and be refunded are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, photographs and our own designs, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only, not the right to reproduce or resell the design.

9. Using the website

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or provide false information. We may suspend or restrict access if you break these terms.

10. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be excluded, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses that were not a foreseeable result of our breach, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or another country whose mandatory consumer laws give you the right to bring proceedings there.
